Mariana Motta graduated in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC/SP) in 2008.
She has a postgraduate degree in Economic and European Criminal Law from the University of Coimbra.
Still as an intern, she joined Ruiz Filho Advogados in 2004.
Participated in the works “Criminal Responsibility in Economic-Business Activity”, from 2010 and “Domestic Violence”, from 2021.
